Bent Tree Homeowners Association, located in Strongsville, Ohio, is a planned recreation community of 178 single family homes and 13 detached cluster units. Bent Tree is incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio as a non-profit corporation and governed by a Code of Regulations filed with the Cuyahoga County Recorder on July 21st, 2011. Annual dues for association membership (assessment obligation as required per the Covenants, Restrictions and Easements) are $400 per calendar year, payable on January 1st of each year in advance. In the event of a transfer of ownership, dues are prorated per day between the buyer and seller, as of the date of title transfer.
